I sent an enquiry on the website regarding my washing machine that had an error code come up. I tried to resolve it myself. Paul and I had a conversation over email on the Wednesday. He advised what he thought it would be and the approximate cost.

Paul was round the next day and fixed the washing machine. Amazing!!
