Spoke to Paul on Tuesday about a problem with my 13 year old bosch tumble dryer. Despite having a bit of a backlog of work following his holiday, he managed to get to me the following day. Following a thorough investigation, my tumble dryer is back in good working order. Can’t thank him enough.
