Immediately responded to our call and found that a plastic part on our washer dryer had failed. Made a replacement from metal and returned the next day to make the repair. Perfect. Highly recommend

Phoned late morning to ask for assistance and spoke with Paul. Explained my dishwasher had stopped working. He said he could visit in the afternoon, and he arrived acouple of hours later. Within 10 minutes he had found the problem and had removed the piece of broken glass which had jammed in the pump.

My oven fan went ’pop’ on Thursday, Paul came to fix it first thing on Friday – It wasn’t just the fan and he needed to do extra investigation to find the fault. I’m impressed with his perseverance and friendliness.

Thank you SO much for the best service EVER at the 11th hour! Called at 0901 on 23/12 as my oven sounded like Concorde taking off (and, of course, I was hosting Xmas)! Sir Galahad (AKA Paul) turned up at 1105, replaced motor bearing and cleaned up housing, all done with the cheeriest manner, within 35 mins! A huge relief and the best Xmas present I could give to my family (who were cooking due to my incapicity). A Happy New Year to you all!

Our Bosch oven was repaired by Paul. His work was excellent. We would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Fenny appliances high enough, they helped me locate the oven part I needed over the phone and emails taking up time with no guarantee that they would get any work out of it, when I got the part Paul came out the next day and fixed it, very efficient and likeable man.
Our oven element failed on Xmas day. Dropped Fenny Appliances an email at 4pm for them to respond to at their convenience.
Received an reply from Paul. Within the hour I had picked up the part, I was back home, and the oven was working.
Friendly, professional service on a day few others would have even responded.

Fenny Appliances are brilliant! I did something very foolish with my Magimix involving a very old hard Christmas pudding and it didn’t go well. I called Debbie on Tuesday afternoon and explained my predicament and she was very kind and helpful, I took it in on Wednesday morning and was reunited with my Magimix on Thursday afternoon. I know I was lucky as they had the parts but what service! Thank you so much Paul for your speed and Debbie for your humour and kindness. I also realise I use it most days so I badly needed it back especially with Christmas on the horizon. I have used Fenny Appliances before and remembered they were good and they really are. I`ll try not to break anything else but if the worst happens I`ll definitely be back.

Once again fast and efficient brilliant service from Fenny Appliances.
One of the hinges on our integrated Electrolux fridge door broke which meant that the door wasn’t sealing correctly. I emailed Paul the next day to see if he could help, even though they don’t actually repair fridges, and got an immediate reply. We exchanged a further couple of emails, I gave Paul all of the details, and he supplied me with two replacement hinges the day after, at half the price of Electrolux originals. It took 15 minutes to fit them and the fridge door is now perfect again. Another example of first class service from Paul and Fenny Appliances. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

After 15 years loyal service my washing machine died. Normally I would have gone to John lewis or Currys for a new one but suddenly remembered we have a local dealer in Fenny. I like to support our local shops so bought a new machine at Fenny Appliances on Saturday with help and advice from Debbie. Surprised to hear that delivery would be on Monday as I expected to wait at least a week.Steve phoned on the Monday to say he would be with me in twenty minutes. He fitted and tested the machine expertly, in super quick time and took away my old machine. Excellent service from very pleasant,courteus, friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop. Glad I didnt go to John Lewis or Currys who charge double for delivery,instalation and removal of old appliance.
First class customer service and support. As an enthusiastic amateur I thought I’d have a go at fixing the oven myself. With exceptional parts support from Debbie and sound advice from Steve I was able to identify the faulty part, replaced it and restore our oven to working order, just in time to cook the father’s day meal. You don’t get this level of support from any online store, local is best and these guys prove it. All of that on a Saturday.
My Miele washing machine had decided to pack up, phoned Fenny Appliances on a Monday, they were helpful and polite and could offer me an appointment on the Wednesday. On Wednesday I had a call from them saying when they would arrive, what they believed the problem was and a Quote if the diagnosis was correct. The engineer arrived who was friendly and courteous, he had the correct part, fixed it and charged me the amount I was quoted. After being let down by another company I contacted Fenny Appliances about my broken down washing machine. I left a message late on Friday evening, they called me back on the Saturday morning and by early Monday afternoon I was doing my second load of washing after they had fixed the machine.
The was carried out quickly and cleanly at a very reasonable cost. The engineer was clearly very knowledgeable and had an obvious pride in his abilities and work.
I think what I got is usually called good old fashioned service; in my experience it was better service than much of what you could get in the past.
Brilliant local company. I will certainly use them again for any repairs and for any spares.
Many thanks to Scott who saved us a couple of new circuit boards on our Bosch Dishwasher by his painstaking checking and reestablishing power to water damaged parts. Turned up when expected and did an excellent job even though it was Friday 13th! Many thanks again.

They want to help, price are releasable and you don`t in anyway feel `ripped off` which sadly in today`s world is often the case.

Proper old fashioned, professional domestic appliance supply, installation and servicing.
My 15 year old Zanussi washing machine died about 10 days ago. An engineer from this company came to my premises to diagnose the problem (I did not expect him to do much more than read the last rites, so to speak) and confirmed that it was terminal as I had expected. A couple of days later, I called in to their shop, discussed options for a replacement, purchased same and arranged for an installation visit. 3 days after `that`, installation completed on promised date and new machine in place and working, courtesy of friendly engineer who kept me informed on progress.
Double kudos here actually since removal of the dead machine and installation of the new one meant lugging very heavy objects up and down 11 (!) steps to my front door.
All work completed on schedule, no hassle, no unexpected glitches. What a contrast with my previous washer installation from one of the *big boys* (company whose name begins with `C`) whose allegedly expert technicians could not complete the installation because it was slightly non standard requiring the additional expense of a 3d party Plumber visit (this plumber didn’t do a particularly good job, either, but that`s another story).
Also, I’d asked for a replacement element for my cooker, where the fan oven had stopped working. The engineer brought the part with him and knew the agreed price for this. However when he inspected the cooker, he quickly determined that it was not in fact the element which was at fault. Result: proper diagnosis of the cooker problem. I am now confidently expecting a call from this company to discuss repair details within the next few days.
Fenny Appliances are the real deal. If you live in MK I now can’t think of a single reason for going anywhere else for washer and cooker installation and service (not gas appliances though; according to their website they don’t fix fridges either, which is OK – you should stick with what you know).

We had a bit of a panic when our fan oven stopped heating up whilst preparing dinner. I contacted Fenny Appliances first thing the following morning using their online contact form. Within the hour Paul had responded to me with an idea of what the problem was and the cost to fix it. He then managed to fit me in that day and everything was up and working again by early afternoon. I was so impressed that our problem was fixed within 4 hours. We have used Fenny Appliances before for the repair/service of our Hoover and have always been pleased with the level of service we’ve received but this was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
My washing machine developed some problem yesterday, contacted Fenny Appliance by phone and they were very understanding and helpful. They booked me an engineer for this morning and he came sharp 9am and fixed it and all done by 9-30 am. A very professional though friendly service, highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic service, I took my Delonghi bean to cup coffee machine in as it had a fault and was too expensive to just replace. They fixed it for a great price and even descaled it. The machine now works perfectly again and I am very happy. I would thoroughly recommend Fenny Appliances and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Thank you for your prompt and wonderful service. I came in on Tuesday with the broken part of my daughter’s liquidizer which I had brought home from the Isle of Man. Yesterday I had a telephone message to say that the piece was in. I collected it this morning and got it straight into the post. I know that my daughter will be delighted to have her liquidizer working again. You are wonderful.
