Paul has been most helpful in getting an obscure fault sorted out on a Bosch dishwasher. He was also able to offer some immediate advice relating to a troublesome Hoover tumble drier, which he followed up with a service visit. In total, this was excellent customer care, excellent service and a very reasonable fee.
